Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator
The City of Portland will be accepting applications for a full-time Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. Applicants must have a Class D Wastewater license or at least one year experience as a trainee or attendant in a municipal wastewater treatment plant. Recreation Programmer
The City of Portland will be accepting applications for a full time Recreation Programmer position which is available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual. Position will develop, plan, evaluate leisure programs, coordinate youth and adult athletic leagues and provide special events for both the youth and adults of Portland. Prepare program budgets, hire and supervise program support staff, prepare press releases and brochures. Position requires individual to have a flexible working schedule including nights and weekends. Good verbal and written communication is necessary. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation and Parks Administration or equivalent related experience.
