The City of Portland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 259 Kent Street, Portland, Michigan, to consider a variance request from the rear yard setback to allow construction of a home addition in the R-2, Traditional Residential District, located at 126 Riverside Dr.

Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.  The City Clerk will receive written comments until 4:00 p.m. February 13, 2023.   Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services for the Public Hearing may obtain a request for accommodations form at City Hall or call the ADA Coordinator at 517-647-3211.   A request for accommodations form must be received five days prior to the Public Hearing date of February 8, 2023.
