ZBA Meeting - PUBLIC HEARING

Tuesday, November 12, 2019

The City of Portland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 259 Kent Street, Portland, Michigan, to consider variance requests as it relates to building placement and required building line; parking; and building façade placement [Section 42-283(b)] for the proposed development at 1850 Hyland Dr. (34-300-034-500-006-00). Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The City Clerk will receive written comments until 4:00 P.M. November 12, 2019. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services for the Public Hearing may obtain a request for accommodations form at City Hall or call the ADA Coordinator at 517-647-3211.
