The City of Portland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 14, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 259 Kent Street, Portland, Michigan, to consider a request for a 25-foot variance from the minimum setback requirement for the C-2 District [Section 42-186 (b)] for the building located at 223 Charlotte Hwy.
Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The City Clerk will receive written comments until 4:00 p.m. May 14, 2018. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services for the Public Hearing may obtain a request for accommodations form at City Hall or call the ADA Coordinator at 517-647-3211. A request for accommodations form must be received five days prior to the Public Hearing date of May 14, 2018.
