The City of Portland Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at its meeting on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Room at City Hall, 259 Kent Street, Portland, Michigan to consider a proposed rezoning of a 129-acre parcel from TND PUD to R-2 Traditional Residential District located in the area of Rowe Ave. and Rindlehaven Commons, by BMP Holdings, LLC (300-034-000-005-01 and 300-035-000-005-00).
Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The City Clerk will receive written comments until 4:00 P.M., on May 10, 2023, at City of Portland, 259 Kent St., Portland, MI 48875. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services for the Public Hearing may obtain a request for accommodations form at City Hall or call the ADA Coordinator at 517-647-3211. A request for accommodations form must be received five days prior to the Public Hearing.
