To the Qualified Electors of the City of Portland, Michigan. Notice is hereby given that Tuesday, October 11, 2016 is the LAST DAY TO REGISTER for the November 8, 2016 General Election. The Portland City Clerk's office, City Hall, 259 Kent St., Portland, MI 48875 will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for the purpose of receiving applications of qualified electors in the City of Portland who are not already registered.
