The City of Portland
Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 P.M. on February 8, 2017
in the Council Room at City Hall, 259 Kent Street, Portland, Michigan to consider a proposed rezoning (from
residential to commercial) to the property located at 260 W. Grand River near
Pleasant Street (34-300-050-000-015-00) and the property located at 135 Water
Street (34-300-250-000-490-00).
Interested parties are
invited to attend and be heard. The City Clerk will receive written comments
until 4:00 P.M. February 8, 2017.
Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services for
the Public Hearing may obtain a request for accommodations form at City Hall or
call the ADA Coordinator at 517-647-3211.
A request for accommodations form must be received five days prior to
the Public Hearing.
