On April 17, 2017 the Portland City Council adopted Resolution 17-30 stating its intent to sell approximately five acres of vacant land owned by the City to the Edward W. Sparrow Hospital Association for future development.
The City Council will consider approving the sale at its May 15, 2017 meeting.
A copy of the proposed resolution approving the sale is on file with the City Clerk. This notice of intent is published in accordance with Section 11.3(b) of the City Charter.
