The Planning Commission will hold four Public Hearings. The first will be to consider a proposed rezoning, from C-2 to C-1, to the property located at 103 E. Grand River Ave. Three Public Hearings will be held related to potential development of a Elderly Housing Facility by The Brook on a portion of the Rindlehaven Development. The first Public Hearing is to consider an amendment to the TND PUD to remove a 10-acre parcel for rezoning. The second is to consider a proposed rezoning, from the PUD to R-3. The third is to consider a request for a Special Land Use Permit.
Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The City Clerk will receive written comments until 4:00 P.M., May 8, 2019. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services for the Public Hearing may obtain a request for accommodations form at City Hall or call the ADA Coordinator at 517-647-3211. A request for accommodations form must be received five days prior to the Public Hearing.
