The Portland City Council will hold a Public Hearing at its meeting on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Room at City Hall, 259 Kent Street, Portland, Michigan to consider an amendment to the Rindlehaven TND PUD to remove a 10-acre parcel, located in the area of Rowe Ave. and Rindlehaven Commons, for rezoning related to potential development of an Elderly Housing Facility by The Brook on a portion of the Rindlehaven Development (300-034-000-005-00).

Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The City Clerk will receive written comments until 4:00 P.M., June 17, 2019 at City of Portland, 259 Kent St., Portland, MI  48875. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services for the Public Hearing may obtain a request for accommodations form at City Hall or call the ADA Coordinator at 517-647-3211. A request for accommodations form must be received five days prior to the Public Hearing.
