The City of Portland Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 259 Kent Street, Portland, Michigan to consider a request for a Special Land Use Permit for the properties at 1433 E. Grand River Ave. (34-300-091-000-125-00) and 159 Bristie St. (34-300-091-000-115-00), to construct a Taco Bell fast food restaurant with drive-thru to be located in the C-3 Highway Commercial District.
Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The City Clerk will receive written comments at City Hall until 4:00 P.M. on February 12, 2020. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services for the Public Hearing may obtain a request for accommodations form at City Hall or call the ADA Coordinator at 517-647-3211. A request for accommodations form must be received five days prior to the Public Hearing date of December 13, 2017.
