JAMES STREET CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Crews will be making 3 major water main connections as part of the James Street Construction Project on Wednesday, October 11, 2017. Work will begin at 8:00 A.M. Crews are hopeful the work will be completed by 3:00 P.M.
These water main connections will affect a significant number of customers in the following areas. James Street between Grant and Smith Streets. Smith, Warren and Lincoln Streets between James Street and Bridge Street.
The Water Department recommends that residents draw water for drinking, cooking, washing dishes, etc. It is also a good idea to fill a bathtub for toilet flushing.
